The boots run true to size, although some customers have reported that they were approximately 1/2 size large, and some have stated that the toe box could be tight while the boots were too wide for a regular or wide size. There are no vent holes in these boots. In terms of after-sales, there is no option for a return, and there are reported issues of delays in refund. Some people were also unhappy with the distance between the eyelets compared to the original Marine standards, most likely causing difficulty in achieving the appropriate lacing pattern.
