I just got 2 of these. I have not been able to fill them. I even tried sideways as suggested. Can anybody help?
Answer: You have to squeeze the barrel as you run it under the water or put in a deep bowl filled with water. I hope this helps. I use mine and really like it. -
Question:
Is it normal that the water comes out only by one hole and not too much by the other one holy mostly all the time?
Answer: If you’re trying to get your water to start in your brush and you squeeze the barrel, it’s almost inevitable that you’ll end up with a giant teardrop of water on your brush, coming from one of “the holes.” There’s probably no wrong way to deal with it; for me, as I know it’s going to happen every single time that I start a “dry” brush, I’ve developed a technique out of habit. -

I don't get it. i have some of these empty pens and i fill them with dye or ink. this says fill with water. how does it work?
Answer: You fill the water brush with water. Then you use the brush with traditional watercolors like the Gansai Tambi watercolor set. -

When im not pressing/squeezing the brush, is it normal that it is still filtering a little bit of water by the tip and never is dry?
Answer: If you just let the water come to the tip, then it won't flow so freely. If you do need to squeeze, just do it gently. -

I cannot fill them more than half way,no matter how many times I squeeze
Answer: You've unscrewed the barrel from the tip section? -
