7016326 Icemaker Shutoff Arm Replacement for Sub-Zero

**** In the realm of appliance repairs, this arm attachment for Subzero fridges has garnered mixed reviews from customers. On one hand, some users celebrated its ease of installation and rapid availability. A particularly positive review highlighted a successful restoration of their ice maker function, allowing them to avoid the hassle and cost of hiring a technician. They expressed satisfaction with the product's quick delivery and simplicity, noting that the part fit well with their fridge mechanism. Conversely, there are critical responses underscoring significant failures associated with the product. One user reported catastrophic overflow problems, leading to substantial water damage in their home, which can’t be overlooked. Another customer echoed similar issues, noting that the attachment failed to grip properly, ultimately snapping and rendering the ice maker inoperable within a mere day of installation. Such contrasting experiences suggest that while the arm attachment has the potential to function effectively when installed correctly, it may not have the durability and reliability needed for long-term use in all cases. Therefore, potential buyers should weigh the chances of success against the risk of product failure and potential damage to their appliances. **
