    Answer: The diameter of the pen barrel is that of a .45 caliber case. In other words, .45/100 of an inch.

    Answer: I don't know what a Hi-Tec C is. If it is a pen cartridge, I would not know because I have not had to replace it yet.

    Answer: It is only a pen. It does not fire any projectile. The 'bolt action' extends and retracts the ballpoint pen tip.
