The Isoforce outrigger can maintain both constant force transmission and force application angle throughout entire range of motion of the finger. Use it for dynamic orthosis with Orficast Thermoplastic on a roll or static progressive orthosis with Orfit Sheet Material. The size of the Isoforce is based on the circumference of proximal interphalangeal joint. The large size fits a circumference of 2.75 or greater (7 cm or greater).
