The robotic arm kit program does not support vb.net or c# control method, but the robot can be controlled by modifying the program. Overall, the customer experience of this product is negative due to missing parts, incorrect screw sizes, subpar design, poorly written instructions, and inadequate customer support. The coding is difficult to understand and implement, and the app is not recommended due to its limited functions. The product feels cheaply made and underpowered, making it difficult to use for its intended purposes.
