Answer: The one I got has a soft thick texture, but also you shouldn't have any problem with the pump. Mine works perfectly! Comes out smooth with no problem. -

Answer: Probably because there are a ton of them. If you go to the Verb hair products website, they do have the ingredient list. I can tell you one thing. I love these products. I use the shampoo and the conditioner and my hair looks fuller and is NOT weighted down like some 'volumizing' products do. Highly recommend.
