While this tool seems to be a helpful diagnostic option for auto enthusiasts, there are some mixed opinions among the customers. According to a customer, the service delivery was excellent, and the product was exactly as ordered. However, another buyer expressed disappointment as there were no instructions, and parts were cheap and missing. While a third customer found the product useful but highlighted that the tool worked only with the supplied JTAG and not with others. The assembly directions were not perfect, but other than that, the product seemed to function appropriately for another customer. The lock screws did not thread on either side, which may require re-tapping the acrylic. However, it is not a major issue and may not affect the product's overall functionality.
